Hermione heard Bellatrix's voice but was afraid to turn around. She knew once she realized who she was, shes was going to either hurt her, kill her or take her hostage. She chuckled nervously and replied in a distored sort of voice
"Yes indeed. I love the lightning. Stormy weather is my favorite"
She knew she sounded dumb, but she was hoping it would be enough to trick Bellatrix. She turned to the side, and not thinking, you could see the profile of her face perfectly

The Aurors arrived quick as a flash scooping her up and taking her back to the prison. She only had a quick second to look at Gunn who was smiling back at her and mouthing the words "Freedom Awaits." He then grabbed up his belongings and headed out the chamber doors straight out of the Minstry building.

He stood on the platform awaiting his train when a long white arm grabbed him and pulled him into a dark corner.

"You did not think your work was over did you Mr. Gunn." said Lord Voldemort.

"No. no sir. We at Wolfram and Hart know are duty is never done." said Gunn smiling and trying to hide his apparent fear. "Angel wishes you only to stay out of L.A. as in aggrement and we will do all we can to help you."

Voldemort nodded. "Where is Bellatrix now?"

"In her cell. We've alreday had our bomb squad prepare.

Hermione had walked into the same store as Bella had walked into. She didn't notice she was in there. She was just walking from isle to isle looking at all the herbs and things on the spotless shelves. She walked over into the next isle and saw Bellatrix. She gasped loudly and ran to the next isle.

The councile whispered among themseleves and wrote down their votes and thoughts on the matter passing it to eachother then finally to the minster. "Bellatrix you are once again denied parol. Return her to her cell and escort her muggle lawyer back to the train." He pounded his hammer three times and all was done.

(was actually gonna bust you out of jail about that time but if you want to wait i can work something out here)

The cheif minster of magic stared down at Bellatrix with a cold eye expecting to find some smidge of fear but there was none in her. "Bellatrix Black before you're parol hearing begins answer us this question Do you know where Serious Black is? Bare in mine if you help us you're sentance can be shortened and mmay have affect on this hearing."

Gunn closed up his breifcase, and smiled at Bellatrix. "You're going to be in attenance Miss Black. But my job was to bring you the letter from Wolfram and Harts client until I get further instructions. Have a good day." he said walking out of the chamber.

A guard arrived and grabbed Bellatrix by her chains taking her into the chamber where her parol hearing was to take place. As she assumed there would be no parol this year and she was taken back to her cell.

"I can't say his name. Companny policy" he said reading another piece of paper and then taking the paper back from Bellatrix and ripping it up then burning it. "And you're not paying me. Our clinent who wants you out is." He got up from the table. "Well everything is in order and I'll see you after your hearing."

"God this was gonna be a tough one." he thought staring back at the beautiful English woman in front of him. He might not be able to legally get her out of prison but then again there was always that other way Wolfram and Hart was famous for. He only hopen Angel was right in trusting the bald man with no nose. He riffled through the papers and found all of her charges the list was quite long Some of the details made him want to pee his pants and get as far away from this woman as possible. He then found the paper he was looking for. It was a letter but when he opened it it appered blank. He remembered that the bald man said for Bellatrix's eyes only must have meant a spell secret message. He put the paper in front of her so she could read the hidden message just for her. "You're getting out tonight V." was all it said.

(I tried to mix it up)

Gunn straightened his tie and walked to the table and chair in the middle of the large ball room sized chamber. He placed his brefcase on the table and took his seat in front of Bellatrix. "I'm you're Attorney Charles Gunn from Wolfram and Hart." he said reaching over to shake her hand then noticed she was shakled to the chair so she couldn't lift up her hands. He leaned back in his chair. "I've just been put on your case apparently your last attorney suffered a violent death due to magic so I'm filling in. Why don't you just bringme to speed on the charges."

"What will they think up next?" Gunn said to himself as he rode the train to Azkaban prision. Who knew Wizards in England could be clients of Wolfram and Hart. "Harry Better watch his back the way we run things" he laughed to himself as he reviewed the casefile. Bellatrix Black was up for parol and he as her lawyer had to make sure all things ran smoothly.

When the train stopped he expected to be at a station but found himself right in frnt of the Minstry of magic where the hearing was to be. "Okay kinda creepy."

"That's a wizard's train" said a redheaded boy walking next to Gunn as they stepped off. "You're a muggle yeah? So what are you doing here?"

"I have no idea can you take me to..." he looked at the letter they gave him. "Room 142 and an 8th?"

"Follow me." said the boy "My dad works here so I know this place well."

They stopped at a door.

"You're on your own now." and the boy skipped off.

"Great" said Gunn opening the door and walking in.

It was a picture of a pair of bright red glowing eyes.
"Oh my." Piper said falling back, clutching her heart. She picked up the photo and handed it to Bella.

Buffy walked up the woman, with a serious face. "Are you paying too much on long distance? Does your cell phone drop your calls? Is your refridgerator running?" Buffy then broke out laughing. "Oh, hun, lovelove the hair, where in the world do you get it done?" Off her looks, Buffy answered her question. "I jumped into a portal. No biggie."
She sat on a couch beside a cloaked man, and tugged at his tie. "Hot Topic?" She inquired.

Buffy had been heading over to Willow & Kennedy's house, after leaving Xander in shambles and disorient, when she came across a spinning portal. She dropped her bag of cookies, and jumped in, smiling.
She awoke several hours later, surrounded by tall people in cloaks.
"Ooh is it Halloween?!" She shouted.
More faces turned to glare at her.
She turned to her side where a tall blonde man, also in a cloak, addressed a seemingly bald man.
"Um, hello! I'm Buffy!"
They turned to her slowly, and she bounced up off the floor.
A few, shorter, people scattered from her.

"No, but you did ask to see what I've learned."

He looked at the Minister with an honest smile.

"You see, my fourth year we had a little mishap with teachers. Barty Crouch Jr. used pollyjuice potion to take Professor Moody's spot. It was all a set up for You-Know-Who to get to me. Well, who we thought was Moody taught us the unforgiveable curses."

He smiled at the Minister again. The Minister nodded.

M:"Very well. I'll let it pass this time Mr. Potter. But if there is ever a next time, you will be sent to court for the use of an illegal curse and the assult of another witch."

He listened to Bellatrix intently. He wasn't sure whether or not he should be greatful or even more angry at her words to the minister. He hated even being mentioned in the same sentance as Bellatrix, but if it covered his ass for the curse, that was fine with him. He would just kill her another time. He nodded to the Minister a little.

"Yea. Sorry for the commotion, Minister. She asked me to show her what they were teaching at Hogwarts now..She wanted to see how good I am.."

He smiled, but it didn't reach his eyes.

He kept his focus and held his wand on her. He looked around at the croud for the first time. He clenched his jaw and returned his gaze to Bellatrix. He smirked a little at the thought.

"How about what they should know?"

He continued to focus on the curse as he spouted off about the fight at the Ministry, her escape from Azkaban, her follies with Voldemort. He stopped speaking when Rufus Scrimgeour appeared behind Bellatrix. Harry lowered his wand and looked at the Minister of Magic with worried eyes.

He continued to glare at her. He wasn't afraid of her. He had faced Voldemort more times than any normal wizard had. He never took his eyes off her, not even to glance at the people he was sure were gathering.

"You killed Sirius. You killed the only family I had left. You're bloody cousin! Give me one good reason I shouldn't kill you where you stand!"

He clenched his jaw as it became a contest of who would be the first to make a move.

It was nearly the start of term at Hogwarts and he was just finishing up his shopping.

Harry was on his way to Honeyduke's when a woman ran into him. When she turned to shout at him, he glared in return. He recognized her in an instant. He pulled his wand and pointed it at her. He couldn't believe that she had the nerve to show her face in Diagon Alley after what had happened at the ministry. After she was in the Daily Prophet. He glared at her.

"Bellatrix! I think you're the one who should watch where you're going! Might run into the wrong wizard."
