MagdaMagda Milewska	Jul 10, 2009 11:45 AM Hello there Owen Pallett. I've been waiting over a week to tell you off for hiding those August tour dates and now that I can, it's too late. Oh well. Fortunately, my mom loves you so much that she decided to take a look at your website while taking a break from work last week, and after a few minutes of shock caused by the fact that you were going to play at a festival alongside some Polish bands that I wouldn't have gone to see if they paid me, I bought the tickets and we are coming. I thought it would be nice to tell you that at the Off Festival in Mysłowice, Poland, there will be at least three people (we're dragging dad along) who paid for the tickets and drove 300 km from Warsaw just to see you. While I'm at it, I'd like to thank you for your Union Chapel show in London in May, we were there and it was amazing (especially if you take into account the fact that we hadn't slept since 3 am and had spent the whole day dragging our suitcases around London and were still able to enjoy it. a lot. plus I was still half deaf after the flight). So, all the best to you. You're a fantastic musician, but I guess you know that. Looking forward to seeing you again. And no sneaky cancelling shows at the last minute.
