We know what it’s like to have to leave the party with a sweater tied around your waist. We know what it’s like to try too hard, and never quite feel cool enough. But we also know how to stand on a stage and for a small piece of time, make you feel like you’re not so bad. Let you know that other people feel pain and scream about it in their sleep, they sit at home and silently weep, they sit behind drums and turn insecurity into power and strength.
