Nate, i miss you so much. i wish you were here to meet my husband and my doggy, to party with us in october, to talk to about stuff. i love you. i'm so sorry i wasn't able to say goodbye before you left us. i tried, i really did, but i just wasn't able to get there in time. it broke my heart, and i haven't been quite the same since. the last words i ever said to you in person were "i'll see you...i don't know, whenever." that's just not good enough for me. i love you and i hope you knew that.
