FINAL CALL. Just thought I'd try this one last time. I'm probably getting annoying by now, aren't I? Heh. Anyways, our absolutely FINAL auction is going to take place on July 1st. All proceeds are going to be sent to the Lesbian and Gay Fund of Colorado. So far, we've made plenty of money, but it's worth it to try to earn more! If you have absolutely ANY items you would be willing to donate to this cause, contact me. Hey Neville's Diary!

At my school, I am going to have a fundraiser in order to support the LGBT. (If you don't know what that means, it's the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender parties.) A few days ago was the Day of Silence, and I think it's a great kick off for this fundraiser. People are highly influenced by the power of music, and by the power of books. What does that mean? Wizard Rock. We are going to have a large get together where we are playing Wizard Rock music, watching Harry Potter, etc. All the money we earn is going to be donated to support these groups of people. If any of you have any clothing merchandise, or new - and affordable - c.d.
's, please message me, so I can purchase them from you and we can auction them off at this event! THANK YOU!

Yaay! That would be so awesome :) I love NC too! If I didn't "like" my job, I would move there. And the fact that I live relatively close (well, up to 8 hours) to places that host wrock shows makes me not want to move from here.
I'll be able to go to 7 wrock show in June alone =)

The new song is amazing! It's so nice to listen to it! And of course, I absolutely love the trumpet:D Wind instruments in wrock songs wrock so hard. I'm even trying to work on a song right now with my clarinet worked into it.

*nearly does a spit take* I love the bit about Cadogan and the Fat Lady! Hilarity!

Digging the chorus - the multiple voice tracks is a nice touch.

Nice reference to "Pansy Looks like A Dude" - which is my favorite of your songs.

Ooh, making that chorus a solo accapella after the bit about waking from a dream is a MASTERFUL touch. And of course, it goes into a full-on chorus to finish things up.

EXCELLENT new song! Love it! Now, it might not be *technically* canon, but you should do a follow-up about Luna... *rabidneville/lunashipper*

Anywho, loved the song! Is it gonna be on a comp or something?

I actually didn't get to see anything in Oklahoma City. I went from the airport to the university where the ball was taking place, to a hotel, then back to the airport. I really didn't have time or money to spend on cabs. But it would've been nice to have good Mexican food!

I basically went just for the show.
And it was worth all the hours I spent waiting at the airports ;)

Haha. My brother and his girlfriend took me and my little brother who is definitely not a snowboarder He's a skiier. But we only spent maybe an hour on the bunny hill and she decided to take us to the big one. It wasn't so bad. But I went again like 5 days later with the whole familia this time. I tried not to fall and it worked....for the most part.

I'm actually in Oklahoma City right now for the Mistletoe Masquerade (I know I'm insane) and it's 58, so I'm enjoying this weather while i can :)

This is true, but I bet that -11 degrees makes for some awesome snowboarding! Everything down here is pretty much the same. Just really cold. It got down to 9 degrees today but the wind chill was like -4 or something like that. So naturally I'm the stupid one who wears clothes for spring and summer. It still needs to hurry up and get warm again. I miss it.

Your music is SO not crappy! It's super fun to listen to! I love it. :) You don't realize how awesome the Colorado wrock scene is...especially us in Northern Colorado! And if you get to play at Wrockstock, I'll be first in line, front and center!

I know there's normally a bunch of wrock bands that stop in Colorado. Maybe you could tag along with them and play. It's be awesome to see you live.

Now I am challenging YOU to do something to help the world! I am going to contribute with at least 100 NOK this time, and I’m going to do something to “prove” it, and post it here. I want you to do the same! Do something to help the ones that need it! Help someone in you local area or something, if you’re worried your money won’t get through.
Send clothes! Toys! Food! Anything! Help in any way you can!
And please take pictures, printscreen or authenticate it in any other way, and send it to kolonbedriften@hotmail.com. I’ll add it in their blog too, but it’s in Norwegian, so it won’t be understandable for everyone.

hehe, yeah. I was pretty dang mad at the time for a number of reasons. You know how things go:P
We actually did ok at finals this year, but I wish we'd have done better. 7th place (out of 20, then 10 during finals). Not bad, but I think a lot of people wanted a repeat of last years 4th place.
Still, it was our best preference EVER. I wouldn't have cared if we'd not made it the finals that night, I was VERY satisfied with our show.
10th place isn't too bad:) Trust me. Plus, it was your best run.
You probably blew the crowd away and rocked!

I'm really getting sick of this.
Marching band.
And finding out your going to be at Jens house November first. I've got finals for marching band that day. 4 freaking months lead to this moment. If you knew how mad/sad I was right now, you'd probably freak. I could smash my clarinet. (darn thing leaks air anyway)
