Just wanted to drop you a quick note and invite you to an Acoustic / Singer-Songwriter Open_Mic at Jake's (in Bloomington).  A sign-up list is put out at 7pm, and we start at 8pm; PLUS, "Bands" will also be welcome to play and have 45minutes to perform (two slots, starting at 11pm with 15min's to set-up & take-down = 1hr.total)

We are working on having a "feature" night(s), at venues in Bloomington, Indy, Louisville, and even Nashville (TN) for the best performances ,,, Also, a great night to test out new material / tunes.

I am really impressed! You sounded great...I look forward to seeing the whole kit & caboodle sometime soon...let me know when you'll be back in the area (if Eville doesn't suck too much!! ;) Don't worry about the struggles...you could sell out and make a shitload of moolah, but you'de hate yourself for it! You & Erika are off to a great start, and the budget will get better with time. Stay true to yourself and your music and love/hate the hard times...they build character. Not that you don't have enough of that already!! It was really cool getting to chat with you and Erika. I hope we can do it again soon.
