Khrush is the nickname of Nikita Khrushchev, of the Soviet Union, and Ike is Dwight D. Eisenhower's nickname. Khrushchev is the man on the left, Eisenhower is on the right. The two women are their wives. you can find a color photo here http://www.amnh.org/exhibitions/diamonds/images/ike.jpg it is from the same photo shoot I presume, check it out for yourself though. this just dates the photo after color photos had been invented, if that helps at all.
