i was going to link you to this arm wrestle video i saw on failblog where this guys arm breaks. I can't find seem it find it amongst all the ones on youtube, i didn't know arm wrestling was that dangerous and will now forever just thumb wrestle.

What do you do with split albums? Do you put it in a folder of the artist you prefer in the split, do you make two copies and put it in both artist folders, or do you put it in a compilations folder?

no teaching? i just got my first painting gig in like 4 months. i'm stoked.
do you have a facebook? i'm kinda sketched out about it, but i made one because none of my friends go on here anymore. i put you as my number 3. i'm homeless, tho, right now, living in my studio. i finally got a taste of my own medicine(read: my lover finally fucked around on ME)and i couldn't handle it, so i bolted. what's surprising to me is now that i'm "free", all my friends that are always pressing me to leave him are fucking M.I.A. of course, everyone's down to go drink, waste money, or attempt to screw me; but when it comes down to an empty couch, a clean towel, or some extra sandwich fixins, i'm on my own. some of these are folks i've housed, fed, and dosed at some point in time. oh well. at least i love my classes. we're having an art party on labor day in the studio i share with my buddy. supposedly. yer totally invited ;)

cool. i start school next monday. i'm taking the last three LA classes i need, plus two art classes. next semester on, only art classes for a year and then i'm done! i've really gotten into soft sculpture lately, and plan to combine that with sound and/or performance for my thesis(even though my focus is supposed to be painting). have you been working on anything lately?

sorry to hear, honey bucket. i'm broke as fuck as well. i've been painting at these showsand festivals; basically only making enough to get in free and get my ass home after, maybe a sandwich the next day(though the experience is usually worth it). my stupid employers hired all the seasonals back this year, even though we didn't have enough payroll as it was, so my hours got cut in half.
so much happens here in the summer that it's very frustrating i can't afford to go to every little thing that pops up.
i saw pj harvey and john parish last wednesday at roseland, and it was awesome, but very sobering because i seemed to be the only one there that knew the songs. my date was unmoved.
have you also made drastic changes to your hair?
