Hi, this is dan from BEND SINISTER here. We are taking part in this MUSIC BC/PEAK radio station contest right now for a chance at a 150,000$ grant towards our musical career which as you know would be a huge help for any artist to continue making a living touring and recording. The contest is based on online votes and it only takes a second to vote for us in the contest. We are falling behind and could really use your support so if you have a second please vote at:

http://www.peakperformanceproject.com/?page_id=1113

and if your interested, we have our new website up and we are offering free downloads of 10 our of favorite tracks from all three of our records. They are available here:

www.bendsinisterband.com

Thanks for listening and PLEASE take a second to vote, we could really use the help!

Much love
Dan

That was a great set at The Horseshoe. This is eclectic music that remains true to an artistic direction. An avant-garde style that see's Doc Pickles fleshing-out impassioned tales, accompanied by a revived Emmit Rogan. An acquired taste to some, but this a unique vision where every note counts. And where every lyric has meaning. A starry-eyed surrealist that evokes that joy of performing. Always endearing.

Spread your wings and fly. A quaint stream of lyrical consciousness, poignant and endearing music to glorious effect. Daring to make an artistic statement, infused by that joy of performing.

Hello, friend of mine! I just wanted to let you know that the second half of my debut album, "Venus Motel", is FINALLY playing on our profile for your listening enjoyment. As usual, I dig any feedback from you, positive or negative, so don't be afraid to speak up! Believe me when I say that it's an honour to have you as a friend, so stop by anytime and say hello. Hey thanks for the shout out yo... sorry I don't usually go into the old school urban slang so early, but I was nervous.

Love from Sao Paulo... also not Japan...........................

Although they do have the largest population of Japanese people living outside of Japan... they even have their own neighbourhood called "Liberdad" and you can get some nice pastries there in the morning. Lots of love to you in Toronto... wish we were there.

How's it going, fellow MySpace-ian? In case you missed my bulletin, I just wanted to let you know that my album, "Venus Motel" is now out, and it's playing on my profile! You can listen to the first half now, and the second half beginning in early July. Also, within the next couple of weeks, you will be able to purchase the CD by clicking the link to CD Baby. So come on by, say hi, listen to some tunes, and tell me what you think; I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

There's currently an ad for a Toronto t-shirt company that's, by sheer coincidence, is displaying the previous name of the band. Rekindling that spirit of original band names.

Please check my band Sharing Night:

http://www.myspace.com/sharingnight

Comment back and let me know if you like it or not...Even if you don’t like it, please just let me know and give me your honest opinion/feedback.

Also, I am trying to get a gig (anywhere) and haven’t been successful yet. If you know of any club near where you live or have connections to one (Especially in Chicago) please help me out. So far I have only been able to perform at a weekly open mic night and it is only 3 songs per time so it’s not like a real showcase, which is something I would like to try to do next.

Thanks for your time…
