Eric´s trip was one of those bands you couldn´t stop listening to. The extreme lofi made you in love with the music and the lyrics was messed up but in the same time they weren´t. And then it all maid sense! The heavy guitars, pop vocals and the sense for writing awesome melodies is the answer! To bad no one can do it like E.T! We actually recorded a Karaoke version of frame (becuz knowone could sing like rick). And we actually made the sound almost exactly like the original. Those we´re the days!

I was in Newfoundland but my friends were in Montreal, they traveled to Eric's Trip's show and had an amazing time. I'm moving to Montreal in Jan, maybe you will play again some time? I hope!

BlueSkyForJulie/Smother was a track that rocked my world back in the 90's when I bought the SubPop employee of the month record. i believe it was Gunther's.

I love the birds at the beginning of Belly. That's the first cut my friend played for me from Love Tara when it came out. Eric's Trip had me from the birds. I got my own copy of the cd the next day and left it on repeat for a month. Thank you Eric's Trip for throwing me a lifering in a sea of musical crap.
