The Very First Thing That Rhymed is lovely, and very sweet. I also still like the MySpace, it's just a shame that hardly anyone else does.

Yes, 'High Summer' is very nice but I can't believe that you made that sweet sounding girl vocalist swear. If you could hear me, you would hear me gasping...........with both surprise and horror. That's right both of them!

Actually, it's a really good song. When's the CD out?

I don't know that I'm really equipped to be the judge of anything, but I do think High Summer is a lovely song, and perfectly appropriate for those of us in the Southern Hemisphere. So I'm going to say you're not mad (as far as I'm aware).

Oh dear. First of all I wouldn't have gone up stairs with Michael Jackson. That was your mistake in your dream. That actually did scare me; because there is probably an element of truth in your dream; not to you personally - but I'm sure to other kids. He was quite an evil man; and I wasn't just going to like him because he suddenly died. Also your music reminds me of Bishop Allen (the band) a bit.

Well, as you happen to mention it, I am well on the way to doing so. The nights are drawing in, so i'm coming in from the garden a lot earlier in the evenings. I happened to be watching repeats of a documentary about American folk on the telly and I got all inspired. It reminded me that I am inspired and it had a film of Woody Guthrie on it and everything. So i've been playing new fiddle tunes and am going to take delivery of lots of new old records this week, so i'm excited. I have also been eating the first of my maincrop potatoes, which males me excited too. No jam this week  though.
