Hi there silence at sea, its so very nice to meet your acquaitance, and thanking you muchly for being my (our) friend.

I hope you enjoyed our tunes - I thought you might do judging by the stuff you seem to be into like - if you fancy a couple of our mp3s for you ipod/nonbrandedmp3 player then just ping me your email address back for our mailing list (info about gigs and the like) OR just click here on these here words and I'll sort that out for you, probably in the next couple of days, quite busy.

Forgive the indulgence but I've just worked out how to do this so i'm gonna put it in here - its a video of us playing one of the songs we would send to you live @ Bull and Gate last month just to show you what it may be like, hope thats ok :)

Our next gig isnt for a while but will probably be at Metro on Tottenhem Court Road - (so not really that close to you if I'm being honest ha ha :), but who knows - you may be on holiday, or finding out what its like to visit somewhere with 10 million people in about a square mile :)

Thanks again, Stuart (from Lux Lisbon)

PAMELA WYN SHANNON (Massachusetts USA)
Playing tracks off her acclaimed Courting Autumn album, in the biggest Yurt in Wales, on an Autumn evening! Pamela (Solas, Lunasa & Klezmatics), is a phenomenal solo performer with a beguiling voice, haunting songcraft and dazzling guitar technique ‘rightly compared to that of Bert Jansch’ Sing Out magazine USA. She sups from the same well of 70s psych folk as Fleet Foxes and like them creates something original and timeless.
www. myspace. com/pamelawynshannon

"infused with the feel of halcyon early-70s UK psych-folk, but arguably even more timeless: it transplants English Gothic into New England …The combination of unusual instrumental detail and finely-honed poetic imagery provides some stop-you-in-your-tracks, neck-prickling highlights … a breath of fresh autumn air …seriously beautiful ". fRoots magazine

Hello there,

We're a local music show on Xpress radio, chatted to you briefly a long time ago. Getting to the point, we're organising a night at Clwb Tafod on Saturday 4th October. It's a bit of an awareness raiser for freshers: introducing them to a cool independent venue, great local bands and also some local food/charity stalls on offer. We'd love to have you play if you're free, as we think you're perfect for the mood of it.

All the best,
