and thankyouu, it's very bright and I've been getting a number of weird looks and comments on the street. Today a big issue thought my hair was very cool, whereas neds at my college decided to sing that 'blue dabba dee dabba di' song at me. Lovely.

it was just general excitement of Tsonga winning a title and Roddick being ever so kind.

sitting in Gillian's work right now to steal some internet, couldn't deal with not knowing what's going on in the (tennis) world. The music is awful, it's all your token old rock songs. Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, they're all there.

almost as amazing as roddick reaching the semifinals of bejing.
he's going to win it. look at the other three guys, he's easily going to win it. I love sela for some reason, but he'll lose. I hate schuettler, he should lose all future matches.
roddick will win.

as for bangkok, tsonga for the title!
yesss. so glad he's still in, hadn't checked the scores since wednesday.

As terrifying as a Stepanek match would be, I couldn't waste two hours on it, unless he was playing someone really amazing.
I wonder if Berdych will be there. I think seeing him in person would make me extremely attracted to him, but at the moment he's still just a bit too creepy.

It's not really. But it's sooner than it was yesterday.
You should come up to Glasgow for Halloween and we can both dress up as tennis players. McEnroe and Borg or something.

I was thinking yesterday about the players who I might see next year who I didn't get to see this year.
Clement (play), Ancic (singles), Tsonga, Potato (who I think has secretly retired).
And Rufin should be legal by then, too.

I'm not against it, I'm just wary. Although I didn't hate clay as much as I thought I would, the two Nadal/Djokovic matches that were number 2 deciders were two of the best matches I've seen this year.

what are we doing for tickets?
Like, it's stressful getting them on the day, but they are always better seats.
Except higher up is a better view.
butttt when you're in the first row you're pretty sure they can see you..

Because some stupid river's banks burst halfway through the train journey home
so we sat on the train for 20 minutes waiting to hear news.
then it took us BACK to Johnstone where we waited an hour in the pouring rain to get a bus (hour is an estimate, it was probably longer)
and then the bus took about 40 minutes to get to Kilwinning
and then I had to get the train from Kilwinning to Irvine
and then a lift home.

not pleased.

this tennis news isn't helping.

but hold it in the SECC, which is a travesty, since it'd be hard court.

Right now I am the fattest I've been in a long while. Possibly since last year when I still had all my Uni fat.
It's disgusting, I need to go to the gym and stop thinking it's ok to have two biscuits every time I have a cup of tea.

It said LTA Men's but the only one I can find is a Women's event in the middle of October, this one's 27th October - 2nd November.

oh well.
Paris would be better.
did you see the tournament in Lyon? I'm sure I linked you to it. Infact, we spoke about it didn't we..
worst memory ever.

Roddick didn't play Paris last year...
I don't think I'd bother going to a tournament that he isn't in.

Yeah you said that a few times.
I sometimes wonder if I'd still support him if he didn't beat Roddick at Wimbledon, or if even if he didn't, his arrogance and ugliness would still have eventually repulsed me.

I think 2010 Masters is the most probable explanation.
That'd be amazing, apart from the whole Murray aspect.

also now trying to track down some event at the end of October.
LTA event, so I don't actually know who'd be in it.
There's one in Glasgow too.
