Hi Everyone,
AVM wishes to thank all of you who gave support as our keyboardist Scott Carlin went in for surgery for the removal of cancer in his jaw.  Scott is recovering nicely, has returned to rehearsal with a vengence, and we're shooting a video for our upcoming release 'Hush' this weekend.  The song and video should be out in just a few weeks! KSA!  We're working on scheduling some live dates for after the holidays.  Check out avmband.com for shots from the CD Release show!

Hi WONC-FM89.1 Junkies,
It's with regret AVM announces we have to cancel our performances until November.  One of our bandmembers is going in for emergency surgery on Wednesday, September 23rd.  He'll need some time to heal so we're postponing any performances until then.  The Wounded Warriors Project benefit will still occur, so if you into Bikers and good music, support this cause and come on out.  The other five bands will still be there.  We'll try to reschedule our Durty Nellies show for mid-November.  We should have a new song available on www.avmband.com within the next few weeks - check it out!

I just want to tell you how much I enjoy your shows.  I gotta be honest, I listen to you all on WONC more than ANY other station because A) you play ALL GENRES of music, which is awesome, B) you make me laugh, and C) you don't play all those annoying commercials.  Keep up the good work and I'll keep tellin' folks to stop listening to the other crap stations and lock in on WONC!
