We offer gratitude this dayFor blessings multiplied, For family, fellowship and friendsWho remain by our sideThrough many separations, And distances so vastThat lesser love would be subdued.It's doubtful it would last.We share these bonds of feelingThat stretch between our soulsWhen distance separates usAs we pursue our goals.But you have favored us with friends, And families that clutchUs close although we wanderAround the globe so much.So Lord this day we offer thanks, And bow our heads in prayer.We recognize that You're the sourceOf all the love we share.
