This was around the same time as your vaction. lol. I've been on the Superman ride too at Darien Lake. I liked it. It wasn't too bad. I went I think 4 years ago. But I would rather go back to Disney World. And I will try my best to go back one of these years. lol. As for school, I did get accepted to one school here to become a chef. Only one problem. I can't pay for it and they don't accept goverment help. So I either have to wait for work or try and find another school. -Amanda

Ya, I am almost fully recovered from the H1N1, just trying to regain my energy and strenth back. I'm also dealing with a separated rib due to all the severe coughing from the H1N1 which really sucks, cause they really hurt. I've been on the computer and watching a lot lately just cause there isn't really much else I can do right now until I'm fully recovered. Finally people have stopped avoiding me like the plauge cause of the whole thing haha. Ya, we moved back to BC because both my boyfriend and I lost our jobs in Calgary, and had issues with the landlord which caused us to get evicted. We litally packed up our essentials in the house and were out of Calgary within five hours, it was quite a stressful move. Right now, I am on E.I and going to start job hunting again. I had to stop due to the H1N1, I actually had to turn down a job interview cause of it, which I wasn't too impressed about. Ya, I figured that you probably are very busy lol, I knew you'd probably respond when you got a few minutes to. I saw your pictures on the YFE profile, they are cool pics. Oh that's cool, what type of painting do you do? Ya I know what you mean about the short winter days. It's pretty much dark by the time 4pm comes. Thankfully we don't get any snow really here, but there has been A LOT of wind and rain though. What about you? Any snow where you are? Anyways, my boyfriend is complaining that I'm writing a chapter, (it's actually a paragraph haha), so I'll send this off to you. Take care and it's great hearing from you. Hope to hear from you soon.

The bands i would like to see live are Aerosmith, Foo Fighters, David Bowie, Guns 'n' Roses(original line up) etc. There is a band that i have seen 5 times but it was only half the group,i will never be able to see full line up but if i could turn back time, bring the lead singer to life, make the bassist come out of hiding and get the two others together and they put on a concert, i would definitely be there and that band is Queen!!!. Kathy	Nov 28, 2009 2:50 PM Hi Amy!! I work at a grocery store called Safeway. I know you guys don't have it down there, which is REALLY weird..... But ya, its good money, and in about a month and a half, i can apply for full time, so that will be nice, more hours = more money right?! lol Yup, my dad's in school, he's going for his Heavy Duty Mechanics, and its kicking his ass right now. so much to learn in 8 weeks!!!! Its insane!!! Nice!! What do you paint??? I'm not talented in anyway like that. The only talents i have are singing and acting!!! lol. And even singing i can't do that well anymore cuz i ended up cracking my vocal cord in grade 12 about 4 years ago now, and if i talk or sing to much, it starts to bug me, but i'm training it back again, so its getting better. So, i went and saw New Moon when it premiered on thursday night!!! It was AMAZING!!!!!! I LOVE IT!!! Can't wait till we can download a good version of it so i can bring it home and show my sisters, stepmom, grandma, mom, and friend!!! I'v got them all hooked on Twilight!!! It was funny last week, we were watching Twilight here: me, my step mom, my 2 sisters and kinda my brother, he fell asleep. And my 2 sisters had to go to bed before the movie was over, and my youngest sister got SOOOOO pissed off at us!!! Even though we kept telling her that it would be here the next night for her to watch it cuz i own a copy on DVD!!! But, i better get going, so i'll ttyl!!!! Kathy

TrishTrish Norris	Nov 28, 2009 2:49 PM AMY!!! I am fantastic. Everything was confirmed today for my 19 birthday. I booked a venue here in Windsor (The Blind Dog) to have my birthday. I booked 2 bands to play at it as well. Its going to be so sick. I'm so exited. Even though its going to cost me $400.00 to rent it out for the night, its so going to be worth it. I have around 40 people wanting to go, so if I charge them all $10, then I can easily pay it off in no time. But yes, thats pretty much all with me. My birthday is on Dec. 21, so I'm just trying to plan everything out. =D

Samantha	Nov 28, 2009 2:49 PM Hey Amy! Things have been sorta crazy here. I'm fed up with the way my dad treats me like I'm some maid service that pays rent, and saying rude things about me, my mom, and people he knows nothing about. I'm just sick of him and need to get away... so that's what I'm going to do. I have been planning for awhile on moving out with a friend but my friend is not yet ready.. she needs to save up some more money first so I've decided that at the end of December I'm taking a leave from my job and going to stay with my mom for a little while. I'm a little bit nervous but I know I'll be happier.. no more going into work holding back tears and trying to put on a fake smile for everyone and getting yelled at by customers when I'm not all super bubbly and talkative. I won't be making money when I'm there but I have enough saved up to not be a burden on my mom and stepdad while I'm staying with them. All that being said.. I still plan on going to CMW for sure and as long as things don't blow up too soon I'll still be going to Marey's christmas party as well. Well it is pretty late so I should get going to bed, but I hope to hear from you again soon. Love you!

I got diagnosed with H1N1 about three and a half weeks ago, and finally almost recoving completely from it. Not sure if I told you or not, but I moved back to B.C. with my boyfriend a few months ago. Am living in Aldergrove, which is about an hour outside Vancouver. Weather here has been pretty crappy, it is super windy out, and chilly, and lots of rain. I still have no work, I did have a job interview, but I had to turn it down, due to the H1N1, which really sucks, so I'll have to try again once I'm completely recovered. Anyways, how are things going with you? I saw your pics, and they are very cool. Hope all is well, and hope to hear from you soon, take care!

I had great time with them at Izu and I wrote about it on my blog .. i was an amazing moment of my life ...and still I am filled with lots of thinking ... Love really has power to bring people move forward .. and I had privilege to help as a translator ..I could see moments of YFE Japanese family each one talking and giving gifts to Alex some are really may be shy ,but it was amazing to see even those shy people wanted to talk to Alex ..and Alex was watching every one ...how many eyes dose he have ? lol ..and also to see Yuku and Tomo serving with such a giving heart was so precious !! they are amazing !! As Alex and Step going Home from Japan to Canada ..i am pretty sure so many of us going with them ..in their treasure box .in their heart .... love you my sister !! Nobuko

Speaking of Buble...You told me that you like Michael Buble before....Do you have any of his cds? (Or do you listen to down loads?) I still like hard copies and listen to cds the most..I am a dying breed ..I know! what is your favorite song or cd of his? I mostly listen to his Call me Irresponsible. What else do you listen too? I am fascinated with words and languages in general... Latin interest me because so many languages descend from it and their words are inherited from Latin.My father spoke nine languages but I didn't inherit the language gene!It is something I have wanted to do and have attempted a few languages but never really committed ...just bits and pieces. I always put it off and think I would just live in the countries for a few months and learn that way. Formally the only language I have taken is French. I took four years. You wouldn't know it..... French, Hungarian, Spanish...really... all languages are very interesting to me... You have an accent?..Is English your second language?..I never noticed. It is inspiring to hear you are learning other languages!!! Will we learn of your German project? As for the blog...my pleasure!! I'm waffling, though, because I underestimated the distance. it's a 6-7 hour drive, and even if I left earlier to beat traffic it'd still be a long ways to go. plus, if I actually managed to get to the game that night [here's wishful thinking] that'd be until, what, 10pm? wouldn't get home until 5am, and that's driving in the dark and assuming I'd get out of Montreal relatively quickly =P so, I'm still thinking about it. BUT I shall let you know. I'm thinking the events of this coming Saturday will make or break my decision. =)
