Hey Mike. Its Van in Orlando. I got your email a bit ago with the ultra-exciting news about Sweetwater beginning to carry acoustic drums. Thats awesome news, as I'm predominantly a drummer these days. Will you guys also be carrying cymbals/drum hardware, etc...?

I'm interested, so let me know. I'll def. be putting in a drum gear order as soon as ya'll have em' up.

No way!!! Thats the one thing that I personally feel makes Sweetwater lack the #1 spot in music catalogs. At least for me, because I'm a drummer.

But look out Musicians Friend, and AMS....Here comes the Sweetwater drum section. If it is anywhere as well put together as ya'lls guitar section then theres no doubt you'll be on top.

I'll be one of the first ones to place an order as I really need a small tom or a cymbal.

Hey Mike. This is Van Martin. I'm the guy whose parents live down the road from your Mom and I also know her from Huntsville. She's the one who got us in touch about a year ago.

Anyway, I was in Decatur/Huntsville over the X-Mas/New Year holiday and talked to your Mom and she let me know that you were now working as a rep for Sweetwater. Awesome! I bet thats a cool job. I'm such a gear head, I'd prob. love to do what you're doing.

I use Sweetwater quite alot for all my gear needs (Unfortunately there's no acoustic drum gear) so I'm on Sweetwater's website pretty frequently. I have a rep. who calls me every once and a while but I don't remember his name. I was going to see if there would be a way to make you my new rep. b/c I'd like to give my business to someone I know. And hopefully you'll get a little kickback from the purchases in the way of commission or something.
