Melbourne is great. Trying to find a new place atm which is a bitch. Melbourne rental market is so so crazy. Such a pain in the ass.

But work is good. people are good .. not as god as my perth people .. just in a better city :)

A former teacher at a South-West high school and his de facto wife appeared in Perth Magistrate’s Court yesterday on a string of sex charges relating to two teenage girls.

Brett Rodney Daley, 32, is facing 13 charges of sexually penetrating a teenage girl and 24 charges of sexually penetrating a girl aged 16 or older who was under his authority.

His de facto Natasha Charmaine Krispyn, 21, is facing two charges of sexually penetrating the teenage girl and two charges of encouraging the girl to engage in sexual behaviour.

Mr Daley and Ms Krispyn are also facing charges of providing false details to police and attempting to pervert the course of justice by trying to prevent one girl from providing a statement to police.

The couple were not required to plead to any of the charges when they appeared in court yesterday.

The charges were laid by Busselton detectives, who allege that the offences were committed when Mr Daley was employed as a teacher at a high school in the South-West last year.

The court was told that the couple were now living in Balcatta and that Mr Daley was working at an Education Department office in Morley.

Ms Krispyn was working as a bookkeeper.

The prosecution opposed bail, saying there was a danger that witnesses could be interfered with.

But defence lawyer for the pair Alana Padmanabham said the couple no longer had any involvement with the South-West town they lived in last year and no longer had any contact with people in the town.

Mr Daley and Ms Krispyn were released on bail to appear in court again on August 1.

They were ordered to surrender their passports, not to contact the alleged victims, not to go within 50km of the South-West town and not to leave WA.
