Speaking of school and music, if you want to get some schooling on what REAL MUSIC and musicianship is all about, listen to every second, watch every bit of emotion and feel every bit of soul being poured out in the music that your godpops (and your mom for that matter), grew up with as what music is and how it should be created and performed in the youtube clip link below. Watch and listen to the drummer in particular, but each and every musician is connected to his instrument in a way that today's pop stars can't even begin to have a clue about, or how that would feel. Listen, digest, absorb, and get a feel for what it meant to pour your whole body and soul into a musical creation and performance. If this doesn't move you and literally leave you in awe of what you see and hear then.....hmmm

This was the REAL Carlos Santana. He's so far removed from this musician in his music and soul that I can't even relate the two as being the same person anymore. This is a capsule in time that I'm thankful was captured and preserved to always be there to know what really making music is all about. At least from my perspective anyway.
