It is about society telling someone to take their civil duties seriously and do as the world should ask of us. They("normal society) are asking, in this case, me, to hide my demons, hide this monster inside, hide my real feelings of life. They want me to believe love will happen for real, that I should be a productive citizen, you know, be a good little boy.

I am a bug scientist so this is the reason I used something dear to me, such as a fruit fly. It made me realize I cannot help the way the world spirals and grows darker, thus, finding "my own little slice of Heaven." Kind of like Superman, realizing his loss of faith in mankind.

I hope that makes sense. Thank you for replying. I knew you were even more real than your music. thanks brother.
