I DO take a little bit of solace that "rena" is in the song list ... is that a covert way of telling me, "hey, navy, we hear what you're saying but sometimes life is complicated and you're just a stupid legume who wears no pants and shoes with buckles on them. It's not 2003 anymore, so move on."

Listen, gents, this has taken a while to sink in and I'm not trying to sound all melodramatic or nothing. But you cannot do this to me.

I was bragging about you at my car club just a few weeks ago, I said, "Tre, do not put that in the light socket! You'll electrocute yourself" but that's another story ... and then a little later I said, "Oh just you wait, I promise you that the Voom Blooms will be bigger than Oasis."

But everybody laughed at me and I ran. I ran so far away.

How can I ever face Tre (after he gets out of the hospital), Owen, Nate and Dale again?

You've made me a liar and that's one thing I told Kiera Knightly when were in bed together that's something I'll never be.

Last ever gig? What the Max Moseley are you on about? Fuck. Genuine shock over here. I should and will post more personal and private condolences but sometimes public broadcasting of love is ok (see Love Actually). Again, I should and will save some of these sentiments for the gig. But, I address you as a band because I wouldn't claim to know you all well, except for you Biggles, but as a band I look up to, admire, respect and praise what you've done. With love.

Right... Happy New Year and welcome to 2009. Lets get started shall we. I am now booking and working on ideas to shoot in February and March

'British Getaway Films' is a new production company based in Hertfordshire, Welwyn Garden City that specialises in producing short films and music videos for talented artists and bands currently touring the UK.

Our sole ambition is to create visually exciting media. The company was established by writer/ director Russell Lee Ford who has been recognised as one of the best up and coming directing talents in the UK. British Getaway Films are passionate about promoting and collaborating with the best new talent to help them get the full recognition they deserve by creating original and cutting edge videos.

I am currently in production on a couple of short films titled 'Fourteen' and 'The Burton FX', aswell as continuing to work on the 'Beauty of the Beast' collection. I am also in post production on 'Red Wolves' music video for the best new band in Hertfordshire 'Rivalries' that will be released online next week for your viewing pleasure
