Alex Shane’s 7 Day wrestling training camp July 20th
“The Showstealer” Alex Shane is once again running his annual 7 day wrestling training camp this Summer. The camp begins on Monday July 20th at 10am and concludes on Sunday July 26th at 5pm. Unlike his previous camps, which were in Manchester this camp will be held at the new RQW House facility in Dagenham, Essex which is on the London Tube map.
 
The camp will cover everything from the basics of wrestling all the way up to the most advanced and complex of principles making it suitable for both beginners and experienced wrestlers alike. Your progress will also be filmed and given to you at the end of the camp itself in order for you to keep track of your progress. This camp is ideal for those who want to learn the very most that they can in the shortest space of time. Alex Shane, whose pro wrestling training book was released last month, has trained hundreds of top names on the UK scene and several who have made it on to be contracted to the WWE. This is your chance to learn from his 17 years experience as one of the top wrestlers, promoters and teachers in Europe over the last 15 years.

oh no! i actually wasn't even there myself, but my friend bought me one as an early birthday gift! i was pretty stoked. haha.
things are very well here though, thanks! i have also been mad busy. sad times. i guess it's better to be busy than bored though! what have you been at?

and it's no problem at all! i bought another dvd of his and it was basically the same. i wasn't sure if you had it or not, but i figured you'd appreciate it the most. :)

re womens wrestling: well, yes and no. there is some really terrible stuff, but if there was anything actually worth watching, i totally would. any suggestions? :)

I agree! I think heel punk would sell so well, and although I basically cannot watch cena, it would at least be something new to watch, you know? Its tiring watching the same triple h/cena match over and over, so basically anything new is welcomed.

I admit that I wasn't a punk fan until wwe, but I have watched youtube videos and I bought the dvd, so I've seen him doing other stuff, and I adore him as a heel. :)

Also: you got this months power slam? If not, there is a segment in it you might be VERY interested in!

gosh. i am SO STOKED. i'm a pretty big punk nerd though. haha.
but i think he's deserving. he's worked hard, so hopefully they'll give him a wee run, at least. i, admittedly, was very shocked when it happened. my dad and i thought he was gonna be the first mitb-er to loose, but i guess not!
i'm also silently hoping for him to turn heel (cause he's great at it), but i doubt it will happen for a while yet.
sigh!

re: the ic belt- I could not agree more! There was actually a post on the wwe livejournal community not too long ago about the ic belt (and the us championship- which was better [interesting topic, fyi!]), which your column reminded me of. i voted ic belt, but thats because i watched wresting since i was a wee un (thanks gerry), and i know how good it can be! :p
