So I do hope this is not the last we shall hear of this band - there is a kind of shimmering beauty to these songs which is very special and really deserves to be heard.

Loz	May 17, 2007 11:09 PM It just doesn't seem real, you guys were just destined for greatness, can't believe you're gone, sad sad news. To echo previous statements, Fell City Girl were the support band I fell in love with. My expectations were low, what with Longview to come and such an odd name, but from the opening note, those expectations were proven very, very wrong. I was completely blown away. No band I've ever heard live or otherwise has matched that feeling since and Longview absolutely paled in comparison. So many of your songs were left ringing in my ears, you could have filled stadiums, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be. Hopefully there will be bigger and better things to come out of this tragedy. Farewell and good luck!

JamieJamie Ralph	May 17, 2007 8:55 PM Still trying to take all this in. Just doesn't seem real. You guys were the first and only support band (Longview, Manchester) that I've ever fell in love with. It's very rare that I even remember a support band nevermind bought their music and gone to see them play again but your performance was so just something else. Not only did I remember song titles like February Snow and Rudolph Valentino but I was still singing them to myself weeks later. I can still remember that electric performance more than 18 months later. Phil dancing during songs, James really giving those drums a twatting (I found out later this was called 'Heart Attacks') the sudden stop start stabs of Rudolph Valentino. I'd never seen or heard anything like it before and I'm glad I got the chance to witness it again (even if it was only another 2 times)on top of that I even got to meet you guys too. I just think it's a shame that I (or anyone else) will never get to experience that again. You guys were easily one of the best live bands I've ever seen (and heard) hardly suprising your CD sold out before I had a chance to buy it after the Longview gig! As you may have guessed I'm a little saddened at the news today but I wish you all the best of luck in whatever you do next. I'm so glad that you're still planning on releasing the recordings you have. I love the EPs I have and can't wait to hear the rest of the Fell City Girl legacy. Here's to Adam, Phil, Joe and James (Shrek). Thanks for the music and the memories guys.
