Great Leigh Casino story.
Just found the diary for 1965 when we were playing in The Pathfinders from Hyde, (see manchesterbeat dot com)
We played Leigh Casino on Saturday June 19th, Johnny Prior's big band was also on. (Was there a balcony bar over the stage?)
The diary also tells us that we went to see Georgie Fame and The Blue Flames at The Domino Club, Manchester on Friday November 12th. So we mustn't have had a gig ourselves that night.
