Hi Sherry, nice to see you on MySpace and YouTube! Thanks so much for handling our recent mortgage refi. We really appreciated your helpful and cheerful manner and sound advice. You made the process totally painless and almost fun (if that is possible with a mortgage!), and we were amazed that everything went perfectly and stayed right on schedule even though we are in a different state.
