So, I did some research and it looks like one full circle, open circle is a Lieutenant Junior Grade and five full circles is a Fleet Captain. A Fleet Captain! Imagine that...

Danny Means,
I cannot express in words the dissapointment i feel for being the only garrisonite in the immediate area to miss your show. It's terrible. I wish only that you were here, and through some intimate body language i could explain my heart ache to you. I hope we can still be friends.

When the F is Danny going to rock the Knitting Factory? That's a rhetorical question. Only instead of prove a point, it's supposed to show an emotion. ELATION.

Big Deal. Last night Alex said "not another goddamn twitter." And I said that's exactly why I won't sign-up. But..I kind of want to sign up, think of the fun we could be having.

How is the band taking that? I'd say we need to give those Pitchfork movo's a taste of what's what.
Maybe a little Blue Lambancy in their eye sockets! I
hate
that website. It ruins my life. Especially when I'm really into an album and then discover they were all about it and I'm afraid they are dictating life and tastes (Ghostface - Fishscale, though that is a hot album, I see why they liked it too).

How come nobody's tryin' to see "Swingvote!?" It's got Willie Nelson up in it. SH*T.
Also, Daniel, tell our mutual friend Neil that his page won't load on these government computers. I can't leave him no comments.

Daniel, I saw that you listened to the new My Morning Jacket album. It's got a lot of treats. But, "Highly Suspicious" is possibly the most embarassing song of all time.

are you prepared for failure this weekend, Daniel? And while you wallow in the anguish that only pure, uncontested defeat can bring, are you prepared to see the new batman movie? I'm not so sure you are, but i'm very willing to find out.

"From the lakes of Minnesota,
to the hills of Tennessee.
Across the plains of Texas,
From sea to shining sea.
From Detroit down to Houston,
and
New York to L.A.
Well there's pride in every American heart,
and its time we stand and say.
That I’m proud to be an American,
where at least I know I’m free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

Then I was like, "Shit!! I need to pick out ALL of my spells ASAP!"

I bet with future cloning tech, they will combine our DNA, to create a perfect international soldier of peace. He will do his job really well for a bunch of years, until finally, something triggers him off, and he goes all Jason Bourne, but evil. So they have to track us down, get us to team up ONE LAST TIME to take out the super-soldier that we are responsible for! Who else but us could destroy... us?

Happy Birthday, Danny.
I'm a day late, I know, but I'm pretty sure I reminded Pouria this weekend that it was your birthday on the 17th, so that counts for something.
I better get to see you soon.
I'm thinking about some post job traveling. maybe some nyc. love you.

You were involved in my dream last night. It was awesome. I can't remember all the details. You don't want them anyway, dream stories are horribly boring.
I just hope when we meet you are a not a bar-hardened, road-weary cynical shell of a man as opposed to the fountain of optimism and joy that you once were and for which you were named.
(Fact:
dahnne myeenz
: the ancient Sumerian fountain of joy and optimism from which the first civilizations found the inspiration and irrigation to strive through hard times, cast away their rough nomadic roots, and forge forward into a new era)

Daniel, you are living the dream.
From this day forth: I will construct a dais in my home. Whenever you visit, you will not have to stand as on as low of a level as all us commoners.
small print: the dais may be hastily constructed out of discarded 12 pack cartons or newspapers. Point is, there will be a dais.

Y'know how when you go to specific myspace homepages, you see appropriate advertising on their banners? Like myspace allows the programs to read the pages and pick suitably relevant ads? Well, is it any coincidence that whenever I am messing around on my comments, I see Coors ads? What is wrong with my life. What I'm trying to get at is; have you experimented with these color changing Coor's? When the beer is as cold as the rockies, they turn blue. As cold as the rockies. I wonder if my fridge is calibrated to that exact range of temp.

I acted in haste, anger, and error. I confess these wrongs openly for all to see, hear, and judge. I also public beg your forgiveness. I should have known you weren't capable of that which I have insulted you for out of petty ire born of careless misunderstanding.
The care package you provided me was immaculate. You really know how to make a guy feel special. And you really know how to utilize the top secret cabal of social miscreants that make-up the shady organization known as usps.
