Introduction to Silversmithing Workshop with Masani


April 11th 11-4 and

April 12th 11-4 $300 materials included



Now you can learn how to create your own jewelry. At this workshop you will create your own pair of brass or copper earrings and a necklace to go with it. Since the class size is small you will have the instructors undivided attention.




Learn the fundamentals of jewelry design and basic metal skills including sawing, filing, soldering, annealing,piercing, texturing and polishing. Students will learn multiple techniques for texturing and putting patterns in metal. Structure, form and design techniques will be discussed and critiqued. There will be an emphasis on treating jewelry as wearable art.




This is a 2 day workshop and classes are limited to 4 students per workshop. To register for classes contact Masani at 917-365-0966. All major credit cards welcome, you can pay through paypal.
