I hope you know how significant your contribution to music is. I still remember the first time I heard "She Blinded Me With Science." It was unlike anything I'd ever heard--quirky, witty and with a bold electronic vibe I had never experienced. I bought the cassette and nearly wore it out in a matter of weeks. Every song was characteristically innovative. As far as I'm concerned, you are the father of electronic pop. I look forward to hearing the continuing evolution of your work.

there was a hurricane in '85 that, for some reason, washed a variety of antique lightbulbs onto the beach in thick drifts of foam. I think I collected eleven that morning... at the time The Golden Age of Wireless was the soundtrack in my head. was just listening to Cloudburst and thought I'd pass along it's been a favorite for more than 20 years...
