Dear Sir,

I must apologize, but I will not be able to play that show on the sixth.  Conflicting plans emerged, with no resolution to accommodate both.  My buddy Jordan will be playing a few songs, and he's probably more talented than me anyways; good luck, and wish I was there (says myself and maybe pink floyd.)

Thanks for the great set last night! I was just reading some of the stuff on your site, and the thing about that company patenting seeds blew my mind. Intellectual property is already a big thing for me, since I think that we're making our economy dependent on intangibles that don't have any actual worth, and that it will lead to economic collapse and social decline. But this is just taking it to a whole new level. Patenting a method of altering living things? What if some Babylonian farmer had been able to patent selective breeding, and sue everyone else who tried it? We never would have gotten out of the fucking Bronze Age. Fucking nuts.

The majority of the people are awful...now, granted I've only had the opportunity to meet science people, but the majority of them suck.

I've been on a few dates and the guys here are nothing but brainless douchebags...most of them Republicans...at least the ones I've met.

I actually had a guy ask me if I wanted him to "punish my p***y."

That's my life now. I hate it here.

We got out on the 31st, I didn't sleep that night. The locks were changed yesterday. I rarely have a chance to get online, so I just got your message today. It made all this a lot easier to take, and listening to your song warmed me up inside(it's oddly cold here for this time of year) Thanks so much. Ingrid and I are currently couch crashing with friends, but will be getting into a new house soon. We've got lots of ideas and projects floating around, some that, with any luck, will invole you. Hope to see you again before too long.
