After years of neglect and endless legal entanglements - Oakland is finally proposing a move on the hazardous properties that are collapsing from Wallace Street towards 14th Ave.

Join your neighbors who live on or near Wallace Street to speak to the Public Advisory Committee for the Central City East Redevelopment.
The CCE Redevelopment PAC will be considering funding to address the three blighted structures on Wallace.

Let your voice be heard! This is the time to speak about the damage these structures have caused our neighborhood.

Demand Action!

Patten University, Student Activity Center, at 2433 Coolidge Avenue. (Enter pedestrian walkway on Coolidge, walk up to the center of the campus courtyard and turn left down the incline to the very large meeting room visible through the glass doors and windows.)

The new gear is LIVE folks!!
I like the tree with the cranes personally but I think I'm outvoted by the rest of the team... they like the "oakland state warriors" better. We're working on getting the funds together to get to Madison in Aug. here's where we are so far...
