This Friday, 14th November
Doors 7.30pm

NLF3
http://www. myspace. com/nlf3
Formed in Paris in 2000, NLF3 create music is cyclical, textured, halfway
between movie scores and psychedelic transgression. The band cites influences
such as Alice Coltrane, Fela Kuti, This Heat, Can and the early Sonic Youth
while mixing a lot of electronics together with a wide variety of instruments :
amplified kalimba, electric guitars and bass, drums, percussions, vocals.

SOE'ZA
http://www. myspace. com/soeza
Soe'za are currently a seven-piece band, hailing from points along the M4
corridor, from Bristol to London. With a somewhat unorthodox line-up of two drum
kits, two electric guitars, bass, French horn, Soe'za mix Can-esque grooves, and
urgent guitars with two disparate yet complimentary singers in the shape of Ben
Owen's clear-voiced declarations and Jenny Robinson's soulful melodies.

BOZZ JATCH
http://www. myspace. com/bozzjatch
Featuring current and ex members of Soeza, The Wailingest Cats and Zun Zun Egui,
Bozz Jatch are an experimental swing trio. Rumbling double bass and intricate
drums give way to complex guitar lines and smooth croons. Yielding a unique pop
sound that marries diverse influences; from Django Reinhart and Charles Mingus
through to the elaborate tapestries of Steve Reich and Tortoise.

The Trachtenburg Family Slideshow Players with An Axe, Bar Oppo, 22nd September 2008

Decorum presents a last minute tour addition, an intimate performance from The Trachtenburg Family Slideshow players - Monday 22nd of September at Oppo (72 Park Street, Bristol).

The Trachtenburgs are a domestic trio who play quirky indie vaudeville pop songs in the key of unironic good, clean fun with one major catch: all the songs carefully rhyming lyrics come from the vintage slide collections they've found at estate or garage sales that accompany their performances.

Hello and thanks so much for friending. Your band's description captures a part of my heart that is burning this morning with nostalgia for the time before late last night when I filled it with fatty diner food. And I wonder: why are there no samples of this musical wonderment? And when will we play together? I dearly hope to see you in the UK soon.
Much love and balloon animals,

Sharing the stage with you was an honor both rare and true! You sounded fantastic. Thanks for finding some space in your Bristol hearts for a yodeling banjo player. Here's hoping we can do it again soon!
Most Sincerely,
Mr. Eller
