I'ld hate to see this go.. acoustic coffee is the home of spoken word night.. now what happens on Tuesday?

paulbrown	Dec 13, 2006 6:29 AM first you cut up some carrots, then you throw them in the crockpot, then you cut some celery into little pieces, no first you cut the celery then you cut the carrots, then you cut up a potato then you take the uh the beef and you sprinkle garlic powder and oregeno all over then you rub it into each piece and throw them into the crockpot, then you pour a bottle of goodbeer all over it, then you sprinkle in more oreno and some black pepper, then you mix it all up with your hands, then you pour a little olive oil and some orange juice on the top, then instead of putting chicken stock in, you look at the ingredients and see it has everything you already put in there except honey so you get a few knives of honey and you put the top on the crockpot, then you take a nap and read a story that says the mustard is good for you and you go and put a little mustard in it. then you call your mother and ask if you need to put chicken broth in it and she curses you for already putting beer and honey together and hangs up on you. then you get real close to it and you whisper a little bit about how you hope that it will come to have magic powers and it will rid you of your head cold and help you win the poetry slam tonight. then you try to leave it alone for four or five hours, come back and eat a coffee cup full of it with some rice and go out and win the poetry slam.
