Inspired by Alan Tyler's legendary Come Down And Meet The Folks, What's Cookin' is a jumpin' night dedicated to bringing you all that's good in americana, the new and the old country, bluegrass, rockabilly, cajun, western swing, garage, rock'n'roll, and a whole lot more besides.

Doors open 8.30pm, live stuff starts around 9.00pm-ish and finishes 11pm-ish - but we sometimes over-run a little bit, but hey, you can catch up on yer beauty sleep another night!
