Answer: Hans' sheer amount of incredibleness blew up the entire region he was in, doing many things in the process such as winning his current game of chunga, taking out Barry's eye and also blowing all the gnocchis into the potatoes section as opposed to the pastas section. This last occurance made many people incredibly happy.
