A note from guitar/vox man Rob "thRobII" Marcello II of DIRTY STAYOUTS. This next bit of info should be in our bio but I have not had time lately. In a nutshell DIRTY STAYOUTS will release their full length(i'm talkin' HUGE!!..ha ha) debut in January '09. January is a special time for the band as we are all capricorns and just figured it would be sacrelig' to debut our first album and live shows in January: I've played guitar/bass and sang in bands for the past 20 years!!!! To name a few: nickel social, enter venus, jump cannon, trauma school dropouts, nogoodnix, and most recently, blase'debris. I'm currently getting started with a new band, tentatively named the dirty stayouts with my good friends Jamie and Tony. We have played in bands together for years and we are psyched to do something new. More info to come...UPDATE: dirty stayouts have made incredible progress for the short time we have been playing together. Having been the original band which started Blase Debris(excluding Duane Beer), our chemistry was explosive and natural from day one as a new band. It may sound egotistical but this band just has it. Science is science. We are hoping to find the few remaining untainted molecoles to breath some fresh air in the otherwise caustraphobic, contrived, gimmick jumping bullshit people consider music. Diirty Stayouts may not be the next big thing, or anything "brand new." HOWEVER, it's about real songwriting and writing/creating from experience not expertise. It's not about performing for us. I know our live show is going to kill 'cause were gonna sing every word and play every note as if it's our last and our lives depend on it. (A.K.
A- get buzzed and have fun!!) But seriously, If my band can convey that same feeling to our audience that I feel when I write a song, and get them excited as well open to try an find their own emotional connection with the words and/or the music, i will finally f
