That was a great set at The Silver Dollar. A driving life-force of blue-collar fuzz and sonic experimentation, an army-of-red delivering an eclectic mixture of punk-garage, space-rock, and avant-garde noise. A euphoric psych-jam invoking the claustrophobic intensity of The Velvets, the free-form improvisation of Can, and scorching Detroit garage-rock weaponry. A meld of influences transforming the most obvious music into gushing with potency. Aggressive. Energetic. That’s rock and roll.
