Yayyyyy!!!! rode it today for the very first time since this season has opened and I was very shocked that the lines weren't that long. It's a great ride!!! The fireworks display was absolutely brilliant this year. I was so glad to have been a part of that experience. Ride On!!!!!!!

its pretty much the greatest ride at carowinds...i went sat.
and rode it like a zillion times! the line went through so fast!

ended up being the 5th one to get on cobra. raised a good chunk of change for the Make A Wish Foundation almost $1900. ride is alot better than it was while in Geauga Lake. We were the first to the front gates again this year.
someone commented hyper ride. New ride going in, i hope is not like Hypersonic XLC was before the move to Sweden. breakdown all the time.

I went on it yesterday 10 times, woo! :D The longest wait was to get onto the train since they won't allow anyone in the loading dock whenever the train is in motion when it's flying through the station since they just have the station gates like most rides like thunder road or afterburn, but I must say, I really did enjoy it.

The only flaw in the ride was going back into the station whenever you came back around backwards, the station breaks really cut into the last part of the ride, you were literally slammed into your seat once you hit the station a second time, you're jolted into your seat.

It was probably the second most comfortable ride i've ever ridden, even with all the loops, the new restraints make it to where you're not hitting your head everywhere and you have like a 8 inch diameter between each restraint so that was really nice.

Hmm.. What else..? Oh yeah, if you're able to, I would recommend going on a rainy day because all of the rides still run, and there's literly nobody there, for an example, my dad and I were there yesterday and we stayed on Nighthawk (BORG) 5 times in a row in the front without moving a single time.

But they only run one train per ride, but I don't blame 'em, well, hope you enjoy this ride :)

So I took a look at the train earlier and I must say Vekoma did a fine job! I really wish I could go to Carowinds, ride you and see how the new-generation Vekoma trains are! Oh well, I guess I will just have to make due with my Giant Inverted Boomerang for the time being.
