Just wanted to stress the importance that the lobster provided pre show for the artists be FRESH European blue lobster. This is not negotiable and there will be no substitions accepted. I can assure you the artists indeed know the difference. Each member of the group is well versed in lobster identification and preperation. BBGS will immediately leave the venue having been provided anything less than top quality lobster. I cannot stress this enough.
