Both of which are old friends of mine! AWESOME. GARETH HARDWICK Gareth has had stacks of releases out on his own very popular Low Point label as well as having an excellent cdr on Blackest Rainbow. Gareth plays a guitar into lush minimal dronescapes, very much for fans of Growing, Stars of the Lid and other acts on the excellent Kranky label. Garteh has played here before in his other band BOLOGNA PONY. FELIX Lucinda Chua is essentially Felix, joined by a selection of different people at different times. Lucinda plays keyboard, cello, and sings, somewhere between Cat Power, Tori Amos, and the weird rapping sty-lee of Regina Spektor. Here, her first Sheffield show, she'll be playing with Mr Chris Summerlin, a member of Nottinghams DIY gig collective DAMN YOU! and Gringo records classic rock act LORDS. They have frequented members of Magik markers, Meneguar and Dead Machines. This show is a duo performance of two long term key members, G Lucas Crane and Heidi Diehl - who also play in Time Life, Shepherds and Non Horse. One of only three UK shows! HUSH ARBORS has developed through many stages, from featuring members of Sunburned and Wooden Wand, but is essentially Keith Wood, who is curreently performing with an ozzie named Leon. Psychedelic duel guitar guitar bliss. Keith is also a member of bands like Six Organs of Admitance, Wooden Wand and Sunburned Hand of the Man. Keith has also had split 7"s with Voice of the Seven Woods and Wooden Wand.

The Wire said: "Kuupuu is the work of Jonna Karanka, who has spent time in Avarus and The Anaksimandros, and her self-released solo outing Kulta Sulka is one of the many gems to hail from the Finnish scene. Her sound kaleidoscopes indicate a tenuous grip on the art of songwriting, often meandering into eerie loops of breathy woodwinds trapped in cyclonic infinitude, or murky collages distorted with cheaply rendered, sci-fi laser pings. Yet Karanka's dreamily cracked songs are her strenght, and they ache with the melancholy of the best acid folk chanteuses the 70s had to offer." Mark Durgan has had connections with UK legends New Blockaders and he also performs under the name PUTREFIER. Family Battle Snake is usually a duo, but today its a going to be Bill solo, I saw Bill last week support Vibracatherdral, and man, it was killer! Bill is also a sometimes member of Sudden Infant. La Chambre is Ben and Richard who live in Sheffield and recently started this noise, perhaps power electronics project, extremly loud, I've seen people walk out with fear from the sounds these make.
