Anyway, your favorite band, THE POCKETEERS, have three awesome coming up! The first one is happening February 10th in PARRIS, CA. Our next show is happeneing February 17th at THE ALLEY in FULLERTON with MAD CADDIES and THE SUPERVILLAINS. Then our next show is happening March 10th at CHAIN REACTION in ANAHEIM with CHASE LONG BEACH and STARPOOL. Check the myspace page for more details. And don't forget we are going to be getting SHIRTS in early February, They will be sold for 10 dollars each. We are also working on a CD, we are still in the recording stage so we don't know exactly when it will be here, but it will be here hopefully by the March 10th show. Lots of excitement in the Pocketeers world!

We're having a totally awesome concert This Thursday (December 21st) over at Hogue Barmichaels!
We're playing with Anti-fun Society, The Fashion Trends, and Ready for Vegas! Check them all out, they all rock much.
Anyway it's at 7:00 PM, December 21st, for 8 bucks, we're going to be giving lot's of crap out, introducing NEW SONGS, and RECORDING FOR OUR FIRST EVER REAL CD, and who knows, SANTA could show up!
So come, it will be one of our best shows of ALL TIME!
SANDY WAS A DEAR FRIEND TO THE VENEMANN FAMILY. SHE TOUCHED EACH ONE OF OUR HEARTS INDIVIDUALLY AND SIGNIFICANTLY, AND FOR THAT ALONE I LOVED HER. BECAUSE OF HER I WAS ABLE TO SHARE A STAGE WITH MY BROTHER, MY BEST FRIEND DAVE K AND 2 OF MY IDOLS SANDY WEST AND CHERRIE CURRIE AS THE SANDY WEST BAND. TRULY ONE OF THE BEST MOMENTS OF MY LIFE. NOW WE HAVE THE CHANCE TO PAY TRIBUTE TO HER, SANDY WEST ONE OF THE BEST, IF NOT THE BEST, FEMALE DRUMMERS IN ROCK-N-ROLL HISTORY. SHE INSPIRED MILLIONS, INCLUDING MY BROTHER AND I, TO GO OUT AND ROCK!!! PUT OUR HEARTS AND SOULS OUT INTO THE PUBLIC AND LET THEM CRITICIZE, RIDICULE AND PRAISE AT THEIR WILL WITHOUT CONCERN. SHE WAS A TRUE PUNK ROCK-N-ROLL ICON. ONE TO WATCH , LISTEN TO AND BELIEVE AS THE REAL DEAL. WE WILL MISS YOU SANDY, BUT WE WILL NEVER FORGET WHAT YOU GAVE US... THE DESIRE TO PLAY THE MUSIC WE LOVE WITHOUT CONCERNING OURSELVES WITH THE "RULES" A TRUE ROCK-N-ROLL ANARCHIST. I AM PROUD TO BE A MEMBER OF "THE SANDY WEST BAND".
