THE GOVERNOR CLAIMS IT IS A SPENDING CAP WHICH WILL PROMISE NO CUTS WHICH IS A LIE BECAUSE MOST GROUPS, SCHOOLS, SOCIAL SERVICES ETC. ARE ALREADY NOT FULLY FUNDED WHICH MEANS THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO PROVIDE THOSE SERVICES. WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO HIGHER EDUCATION, (CCs, CSUs, & UCs) IT WILL BE ATROCIOUS IF PROP 1A PASSES. CLASSES ARE BEING CUT WHICH MEANS ALOT OF CLASSES ARE OVERCROWDED, GRADUATION BEING DELAYED BECAUSE STUDENTS DONT HAVE CLASSES THEY NEED TO GRADUATE, FEES ARE INCREASINGLY OUTRAGEOUSLY, 10,000 INCOMING FRESHMAN WERE DENIED ACCESS TO THE CSUs BECAUSE OF NO FUNDING. THIS WILL CONTINUE TO HAPPEN IF PROP 1A PASSES. WE HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT WITHOUT A COLLEGE EDUCATION THERE WILL BE NO PROFESSIONALS WE NEED SUCH AS DOCTORS, TEACHERS, SCIENTISTS, POLITICIANS ETC. WE ARE THE FUTURE AND WITHOUT US THERE WILL NOT BE ANYTHING OF THAT SORT. VOTE NO ON PROP 1A AND SAVE OUR STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
