i'm sorry finals are sucking, but they are rarely "fun," eh? maybe the holidays will pick up your spirits a bit; until then, I'd definitely go with boozin' ;).

you know what, life IS better. i quit the job that was making me unhappy and i'm resolved to do better than that...but i will be living in dire poverty for the next several weeks (oh how the trade off is worth it tho'!).

* insecurity regarding the near future
* insecurity regarding present accomplishments
* re-evaluation of close interpersonal relationships
* disappointment with one's job
* nostalgia for university, college, high school or elementary school life
* tendency to hold stronger opinions
* boredom with social interactions
* financially-rooted stress
* loneliness
* desire to have children (admittedly, NOT a high priority for me...probably never will be)
* a sense that everyone is, somehow, doing better than you


So this is a pretty accurate summary, yeah? Sadly of these have always been true of me....But the good thing for me, I'm remarkably passionate about NOT letting this be me for the next 7 years. For better or for worse, I figure, if things have to be this shitty I might as well do the things I really want to do and leave the "real" jobs and "real" ambitions for non-dreamers. But this idea usually changes around the same time my bills are due :P

anyway, we should talk more.

My summer is like...well...busy. I got school, portfolio class, and I'm getting a job. It's a lot going on. I get out for the summer in 2 weeks. But then there's still that portfolio thing. AHHHHHHHHH! i'm good. DC...*sigh* wish I was there....I hope you have fun!! :)
