The community of Kenosha is holding a AIDS Charity Benefit show on December 19 at Club Icon hosted by myself and Jasmine Roberts for the Felicia Melton Smyth Foundation for AIDS. For reference you may go to the following links; http://www.ourlivesmadison.com/2008/07/01/in-lovin

She was actually planning on relocating to Mexico to start a AIDS Charity Foundation there for the people in need of help when she was stabbed and her life was taken from us way to prematurely. this benefit we have put together will include silent raffles, 50/50 raffles, door prizes and many many performers from around the states who knew Felicia personally. I ask of you if at all possible to possibly donate anything you can possibly donate to help auction and make this organization help many others.Swag bags will be provided to people who purchase reserved tables for the evening. Anyone who donates to this project will have their name or business included in all promotional materials.

Any thing you can do for this cause will be greatly appreciated and maybe if you even could make the time and donate your time to be a part of this event. Much to think about and I thank you for your time dedication to the HIV prevention cause.

Just curious...we here in Racine/Kenosha area are having our huge Felicia Melton Smyth Drag show benefit. This will be our 1st and hopefully annually show to benefit her foundation. If there is anything(donation for raffle) or any such thing to help this be a huge success for this charity and well under funded cause let me know. It is such a shame that the epidemic of HIV and AIDS is on such a "back burner" as of the last 4 or 5 years....it is so common to not use protection because it seems no one cares because it is not an in your face situation as it once was...thanks for any help and hope to hear from you soon.
