Nosotros estamos participando en un evento que se llama Enero
Zapatista. Tambien yo soy parte del Colectivo Zapatista San Diego que
esta ayudando en organizar este evento. Enero Zapatista is a month
long series of events that are held in different communities and spaces
in San Diego. The purpose is to connect the struggles here in our
communities to the Zapatista struggle in Mexico and other struggles
around the world.
This year will be the 6th year of this event taking place and we wanted
to invite you all to perform in the closing event of Enero Zapatista.
The closing event will be on Sat. Jan. 30, 2010 and the event will be
from 7pm-11pm.
We also want to inform you all that because this is a grassroots
effort, we don't have much funds. What we can offer you all is a place
to stay and food.
We know that you all are really busy, and we know that its sort of
short notice, but we thought we'd give it a try and ask you all anyway
in case you all would be interested or if you are in the southern
Calif. area.

Saludos desde el DF... Espero que todo vaya bien. Nada mas para invitarlos a que de alguna forma participen en un proyecto periodístico multimedia que se está formando que se llama Desinformémonos (

) y que presena la vista de la gente desde abajo... como dirían por ahí, nuestras coordenadas son Abajo y a la Izquierda
Tenemos una sección que se llama Imagina en Resitencia y en enero estamos viendo agregar algo de Oakland. Aunque ustedes son mas de El Paso, tienen también raíces por allá y por acá... así que se me ocurre que quizás podrían colaborar con algo de su música y explicar su inspiración y propósito... Vale. Pues ojalá y se animen y por ahí me mandan un mensaje para ponernos de acuerdo.
