Brand new mixes and brand new vocals


We've just finished remixing "Pipers" and "Badly Drawn Guitars" and Ed has finished re-doing all the vocals. They are now up on our Myspace page.
We have been recording small parts of songs as we've been writing and because were boss to our fans we'll be putting them up for you to listen too and then get annoyed because you either thinking a) There rubbish or b) Why don't they finish that great idea and make it into a full tune so I can have great times listening to it......... Sorry in advance.
We have also changed the name of Badly Drawn Guitars, its now called Sound Of Sirens. If anyone would like free mp3's of any of the tracks, e-mail us and we'll send you them.

Hi there,
I don't mean to spam you, I just have some updates on my debut release and want to share them with everyone who is in my "special friends" folder.

The new release date will be April 2009. I am in the process of finalizing the licensing of the album "Road US 75" with Captiva Records, out of San Marcos, on the outskirts of Austin.

The good news is that I WILL FINALLY HAVE CDs. Most of you have told me that you would like to own a CD, rather than downloads. I agree with you and I also prefer CDs to downloads. I think it just works better with this kind of music.

So I'm looking at playing live in the USA as much as possible from April. I want to put together a band to tour the country with made with other songwriters and musicians from Tulsa, so that you get 3 or 4 songwriters in one show...but I can also do solo.

Having done the math, I figured that if 50 people want to see me play anywhere in the world, it becomes possible. So I am making that promise now. If there are 50 of you, I'll come to the smallest village in Iran to play for you. I have a RED widget on both my myspace pages. Please use it to let me know where to play.

difficult, it may have been...but worth it...
though i tend to go more siple these days.
i should have long ago taken the advice of my minimalist second son...
when asked to make an apple tree picture...in preschool...he plopped one apple on it and considered it done. teachers thought he was not into it...
but, no...
"it gets the point across"
he said. i had to agree.
now he's a filmaker and all round tv, movie guy that pretty much can do anything in the business...because part of his huge talent, is needing almost nothing...
to get the point across...in a way that looks like everything.
have to say though...your card is pretty. at least you didn't have to send hard copies all over...and can share it this way...for now.
