Just looked at your new website, and read about all the pain you've been dealing with. WOW, it was really eye opening, thank you for sharing this information! I hoop in only one direction, even though ive heard alot of people say its important to work both directions, it makes way more sense to me now.. I'm excited for you to post more info on this "foam roller", again thank you so much for sharing your story, its truly inspiring. <3

whenever i plan to get lessons from you, a huge spank of money gets in the way. i just got a $242 ticket for speeding! ! ! rrgghhh!!!  if we can work out somethin for payments im down, if not.... idk.. =( i wana c you hoop again soon!!!! ive been hoopin in my Big living room lately..its alot of fun. get back to me girl!! i coach at the local hs., so i'm pretty tied down till spring... haha its great, i have the kids in this wee little redneck town dancing to bassnectar, kraddy, freq n jantsen n of course,selector science. and the people in the stands eat it up;P
sometimes we head that way end o may..memorial weekend ish.otherwise summertime is always gooooooooooooooood.i've been wanting to check EmrgNsee. Shambala too..but thats in canada maybe?
meanwhile,back in the batcave...

hey love hope life is fabulous. I had my 1st performance ever this weekend in Charleston for 100s of people and it was SOO incredible. I had such an amazing night. did 2 performances that night and hooped around downtown on the streets. Pure serious hoop bliss. I am so inspired and motivated here and meeting great people. I actually met a guy here who knows you from the road I think lol. anyway was wondering about those natural energy drinks you mentioned that day cause I'm on the hunt for a good one. whats the name, are they available?
