Thnx for the music Don. I've been a fan since the 1st Innocence Mission record. The new stuff is so pure. Sounds like a great performance with a couple of good mikes to analog. Best wishes.

A mental loop of the first verse and chorus of Firefly got me around an English supermarket three days before Christmas (bedlam which has to be seen to be believed) with my equilibrium relatively undisturbed - thank you!

i started the day by listening to TEN SILVER SLIDE TROMOBONES. this morning was a little cooler than the mornings that preceded it, with the fading of summer and autumn on it's way... i couldn't have picked a more appropriate soundtrack for the changing of seasons. i love this record. thanks again for creating it out of thin air.

Don (and Karen),

In tribute to you and your music, I named a musical instrument after you in my first novel, "Auralia's Colors." The book will be in stores on Tuesday, thanks to Random House, and readers will catch a glimpse of a curious stringed instrument called a "perys." (Okay, so I changed the spelling ever so slightly.)

Anyway, I love "We Walked in Song" and I hope you two come back to Seattle some time soon. It's been way, way, wayyyyyy too long.
