Ahe. In their [semi-]defense, that album is quite a few years old. And I never said they did anything particularly unique, or really very interesting. I don't own their albums.

That song isn't very great or a good representation of their trash rock. They're usually more metal. And the good kind of metal. The metal that doesn't take itself seriously at all. Not the "we were nerds in high school, but now we're fat and have long hair and beards, so lets pretend we're tough" bullshit. It's a band fronted by Rob Zombie's brother. You can't expect much else.

Truth be told, I didn't stay composed.
It was only after I gathered myself that I sent that bulletin comment your way.


By the way, I just listened to your new song, the medley. It was really good dude. You did well on the vocal delivery and everything. Not to mention that part 2 really appealed to me because... well, it was really ska sounding. You really did a good job on  the vocal harmonies and everything.

My only complaint would be that sometimes the transitions between parts seemed weird (except between 1 and 2, that worked really well) and that sometimes your guitar tone was kinda strange.

That also was a pretty nifty bassline in part 2.

Nice. I've got a bunch of new shit written, and I think with a lot of this new stuff we can turn Saviors of Flavor into one of the catchiest, most fun albums ever made.

I'm thinking about eventually investing in a sampler or a synthesizer, or maybe just finding someone that could be fully devoted to the keyboard.

I think having a brass section would be fucking stellar, as well, if we can find anyone with those talents.

And yeah, definitely planning to do more work with GANM. Just not sure how right now. There's a lot I want to do with it, and a lot of the things I have in mind for it now require a full band and then some.

All I really do lately is work and sleep. I still don't have a way to record anything but it doesnt matter because i recently threw away all of my old songs. Looking back they all sucked, so I've decided to just start over now that I'm a little more experienced.
