I guess I'm just so used to the Disney Land mansion, so a different one looks more neat to me.

I have only seen it once in it's normal state, though. Every time I go, it's decorated for Halloween/Christmas. <3

Yeah! We are open Tuesday- Thursday 7pm-10 at the latest, but if we have a people in line and still rolling in after 10pm then we will be open til the last person is served. Just in case you might want to know Friday and Saturday open til 12am, but i figured you might have already known that.

i got some more pumpkins today at the farmers market, but they were all picked over. so they weren't as awesome as my first two. haha.

yeah, we need directions.
i've already carved two pumpkins. one was a pattern and one was a pattern me and my mom made up. its a ghost with the word boo under it. its kinda plain but its what my mom wanted. haha. where have you gotten your pumpkins? me and dante' got ours at the little farmers market across from the shell on centerpoint parkway. they were pretty big for how much they were. so yeah rambling. haha.

I hear ya. The thing about Halloween I love the most is the atmosphere. I'm addicted to season and the all the quirks that come with it. It's probably the most comforting night ever.

Mine's sliding by really fast, too. I'm busy with a lot of schoolwork; I hardly get any time to enjoy the season.

Other than that, I'm excited for Halloween. I'm not sure what I'll do that night, but I'd rather visit graveyards and creepy, deserted houses with a camera than trick-or-treat. If not that, I'll stay home and watch amazing horror movies.

well you see, i got suckered into volunteering to hand out candy at Boo at the Zoo.... which means that i get to go to Boo for free, other then the price of little kids asking for candy. I thought Boo at the Zoo might be something you'd like, so i asked if i could invite other people to hand out candy ("volunteer") and the Zoo-people said that would be fine. So if you're interested in going to Boo at the Zoo, you don't have to pay! on the other hand though, i wouldn't be offended if you don't want to.
i really don't like the Birmingham zoo, the facilities are so shoddy! Anyway, i hope you had a fabulous weekend!
