Jake Johnson is so totally adorable!! I share with him that my brother hated me and didn't want me around him when I was younger, resulting in me doing lots of things alone. Is he skateboarding's first properly sponsored JJ since Jason Jessee? (I believe Manik's Josh Jones is only shop sponsored.)

Wow, another skater in overalls: Simon Woodstock in issue 6! Your scan may be too poor for printing, but it's still great to see! Until now the only one I had seen was Phil Chapman in TWS Aug.1992.

You know -- I was skeptical about SLAP going from print to web, but I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised.

Favorite feature: the transition of the photo flows to animated files. Very cool.

Wow, Jeremy Jordan on page 89 of the November issue! Could that pop singer from 1993 whom I still adore have reincarnated into this skateboarder just for me? *LOL* Actually, this one is likely to have been born in 1993 and named after my pop fave. Also attractive is Skate Kid on page 84, who's wearing overalls!

Body: Underwood skatepark is hosting another skate competition in August. We are looking for companies/skaters/bands/etc. to HELP make this event as crazy as possible. We need some help and are looking to you to lend a hand.
